As a 20-year-old tier 2 or tier 3 automotive supplier, we clearly understand the importance of keeping a non-disruptive supply of an auto component we make, no matter how small or how low value it is. The manufacturing of the auto parts will be guided by a very mature and solid quality system with a well planning and contingency management, including planning for holiday shutdown or other uncontrollable events. 

In our early years when we started to consign auto parts to our contract manufacturers in China, even though we had a close relationship with them, we still lost grips on them at certain times, as they had their intrinsic weakness that we were unable to always have them change. Not wanting to risk our reputation, we eventually decided to build our own team and own factory so that we could correct the problem whenever we saw. Tritenco was born under such situation. In a short two years, Tritonco has been developed into a modern manufacturer with a young, aggressive and capable team, a full array of manufacturing inpection equipment, and ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified quality system. We also invested a robot line to improve the automation of the high volume auto parts to minimize production defects caused by human error. We implemented process FMEA to analize the whole process to identify any potential loop holes and took actions that could nip the potential problems in the bud. In the mean time, we implemeted heavy inspection on those areas where the problem would mostly occur. We awarded employees with sharp eyes on any non-conformance, so that problem could be detected and fixed earlier. With all these measures taken, the chance of defective parts, esp those with severe consequence, were significantly reduced. bad parts were rarely slipped to customer's hands.

When non-conforming parts did show up at customer's site, we were able to dispatch our resouces for a swift sorting or re-working, or even a rapid re-manufaturing and ship replacement parts via express air freight, to quickly replace defective parts for the customer, to ensure a minimum impact on customer's production schedule.
